Registration Commandments

1st Commandment
There could only be one Admin so no replicating of names such as: name+admin. No

2nd Commandment
No one should register a bad username such as:
oten_humotjr..... lol! etc. Since we are all bisdak here its pretty obvious what i mean.

3rd Commandment
This forum is "EVERYBODY HAPPI" type. So, no quarelling...
